FOMO Sale - Terms and Conditions (United States of America)

1. The “FOMO Sale” is made by Step One Clothing USA, Inc (“Step One”).  
2. The FOMO Sale commences at 8am on 5th April 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 7th April 2024, whilst stock of products last or unless terminated earlier by Step One (whichever is sooner) (“Sale Period”) and applies when you purchase at least three (3) products in a single order ("Qualifying Order”).  A Qualifying Order will receive three (3) selected products for free.  Purchases are not eligible for colour exchanges.  
3. Strictly no sale prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Sale Period.  Orders cannot be amended or altered once the order has been placed with Step One.  
4. The FOMO Sale is only available at https://us.stepone.life.  No other offers or promotions can be used together with this FOMO Sale.  A maximum of 30 products may be purchased in any one order.
5. Prices of products are as marked and advertised online and no discount code is needed at checkout.  The Offer is redeemed by adding the pairs in the cart.  
6. The FOMO Sale cannot be applied to previously purchased products.
7. All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
8. If any products purchased using the FOMO Sale promotion are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount paid for the product, subject to any applicable Return Policy.
9. Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the FOMO Sale at Step One’s discretion.
10. Step One reserves the right to terminate or cancel the FOMO Sale at any time without prior notice to you.
