Black Friday Sale - Terms and Conditions (United States of America)

1. The “Black Friday Sale” (“Sale”) is made by Step One Clothing USA, Inc (“Step One”). 
2. The Sale commences at 00:00 EST on Saturday, 18th November, 2023 and ends at 23:59 EST on Monday, 27th November, 2023 (“Sale Period”) and applies whilst stocks last. Strictly no sale prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Sale Period. Orders cannot be amended or altered once the order has been placed with Step One other than in accordance with the Shipping/Returns policy.
3. The Sale is only available at https://us.stepone.life. A list of all of the sale items can be found at https://us.stepone.life. No other offers or promotions can be used together with this Sale. A maximum of 30 products may be purchased in any one order.
4. Prices are as marked and advertised online and no discount code is needed at checkout.
5. The Sale cannot be applied to previously purchased products.
6. All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
7. If any products purchased using a Sale discount are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount paid for the product, subject to any applicable Return Policy.
8. Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Sale at Step One’s discretion.
9. Step One reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice to you.
